Irene Lewis, a township resident, died from blunt force injuries sustained in the Feb. 14 crash, the Northampton County Coroner's Office told Daily Voice.
Lewis and her 89-year-old husband were headed east on Freemansburg Avenue at 3:30 p.m. when a westbound driver crossed lanes and collided with their car, authorities have said.
The couple and the driver of the Subaru, a 20-year-old man from East Allen Township, were all rushed to Saint Luke's Anderson for treatment, officials wrote. Lewis died that day, police said, while the condition of her husband and the other driver were not immediately clear.
Investigators have asked any potential witnesses to step forward. To submit a tip, call Sgt. LaPointe of the Bethlehem Township Police Department at 610-814-6481.
